I think you will be surprised how easily you can get back to where you were. It's frustr...I know how you feel about the injury. It's frustrating! But don't give up on the half marathon just yet. You're in such good shape and if you stay that way, you should be able to pick up your running pretty much where you left off. You were already up to 10 miles!
